Happy Mother's Day !!!

When we hear our mothers lecturing us, we start thinking negatively, stirring up frustrations or even anger. It is normal. At the end of the day, one reason why we were probably annoyed was because we knew they were right.

There will come a point when you start remembering your past moments with your mother, especially  those frustrating moments, but you start to realise how these have actually helped you out to become the best you can be--which is what our mothers have always wanted. Those happy moments will always be cherished, yet those lecturing moments will always be less appreciated. For me, I am always thankful for all my moments with my mom, especially those commonly least appreciated ones, because it was during those times that I learned more and was honed to survive this world in the best possible manner. I am indeed thankful for those, because these proved her love for me.

There are no negative experiences with our moms. One way or another, if appreciated, everything we've been through with them will bear amazing experiences. They have done so many sacrifices for us, and we should always remember them, not only today, but for the rest of our lives. 

Mom,

You have been a great mother to me. Your guidance and sacrifices have brought me great blessings and success. I know that if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have reached my dreams and goals. You are the best teacher, chef, driver, supporter, fan, best friend, and mother! Thank you for everything! I will carry with me all of the things you have shared with me, and will pass it on to my future family. Again, thank you for always being there for me!
